Returning an Item purchased at Vents-US

At Vents-US, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow our returns process outlined below:

Download and Fill Out the RMA Form: Before initiating a return, please download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. You can find the RMA form here.

Email the RMA Form: Once you have filled out the RMA form, email it to our support team at support@vents-us.com.

Return Window: Items can be returned up to 30 days after the purchase date.

Condition of Returns: Returns are only accepted for items that are uninstalled, unused, and in as-new condition or have been determined to be defective upon arrival.

Shipping Costs: Since Vents-US covers the shipping costs to deliver the item to you, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or DOA on arrival however, we'll work with you to determine this and rest assured Vents-US will cover the return shipping costs.
