Returns and Refund Policy

At Vents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However we do understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations and as such and we offer a return and refund policy that we feel will help make your purchase with us as seamless as possible - both before the sale and after if the item is not right for you. Customer service is the cornerstone of the Vents Shop experience and we're here to help.

Return Policy.

Items purchased from the Vents US Shop can be returned up to 30 days from the date of delivery provided:

  • The item (s) are in "as new" and in a resalable condition
  • Have not been installed and contain the original packaging and contents
  • Have been purchased from the Vents US shop directly - proof of purchase required 

Please reach out to the Vents Shop team at store@vents-us.com prior to returning the item to obtain an RMA number so we can be on the lookout for your return when it arrives at our warehouse. While the Vents US store provides Free Shipping to your location, please be aware that the return shipping cost to us will be your responsibility. Special Orders are not refundable so please make sure the item is exactly what you need. Shipping damages resulting from improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Items:

If the item is defective upon receipt, Vents will pay return shipping to have it replaced with a working unit as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence and a testament to the exceptional quality of our products. Rest assured however, we're here to support you if something like this ever happens. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities

Refunds:

Items purchased from the Vents US store can be returned for refund up to 30 days from the date of delivery provided the return conditions have been met. (see above). Items considered for a refund will be checked and tested and upon receipt at our warehouse prior to a refund being issued. Returns for credit/refund may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee upon the discretion of VENTS-US. We'll notify you when your refund has been processed. Special Orders are not refundable.
