Eligibility:
Free Shipping is available to customers in the Continental U.S. only. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and other U.S. territories. Large or palletized orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for free shipping.
Shipping Method:
We reserve the right to select the shipping method for Free Shipping. Typically, orders eligible for Free Shipping will be shipped via courier. For returns, please see our return/refund shipping policy.
Delivery Times:
Generally we ship most orders same day if the order is received by 12pm EST and while we aim to deliver your order in a timely manner, issues beyond our control can occur which will affect delivery times. Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you directly (with the email address you provided when the order was placed) with a tracking number so you can follow its progress to your location.
Exclusions:
We do not ship to PO Boxes. For orders outside of the Continental US, please reach out directly to store@vents-us.com
Modification and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Free Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
